As the head of Webtools Israeli branch, Mr. Kaplan is responsible for continuing its leadership
in internet solutions, providing innovative web design, presentations, online marketing, and
advertising programs that combine traditional and new media expertise. During his tenure at Webtools,
Mr. Kaplan built the Webtools brand and client-base and become a recognized internet expert.
Prior to joining Webtools, Mr. Kaplan had a successful career in various managerial positions in Yes,
Israel's largest Satellite TV provider. In his latest position with Yes, Matan was customer relations
manager for VIP clients. During his military service in the Israeli Air Force, Mr. Kaplan led a team
of software programmers who developed a national reserve system, tested, assimilated and instructed
pilots on the system.
Roman Blanyar
Chief Technology Officer
Roman Blanyar has extensive knowledge of programming and web design. He guides a
team of internet specialist that helps Webtools' clients develop PHP and .net
applications. He has over 10 years of experience in computer programming,
working for some of the world's largest tech companies.
During his tenure in Webtools, Roman has handled more than 30 international
projects, including Webmoney, Wager, and Dial-A-Diamond. His cutting edge
technological solutions provide clients with custom content management
platforms, e-commerce systems, intranet and contact management applications.
Natalie Peregudova, PhD
Optimization Director
Natalie Peregudova, PhD brings a wealth of experience
and talent to the Webtools team. She has been involved in the search marketing
field for over eight years during this time she has acquired extensive knowledge
of how the major search engines function and how they determine their algorithms.
Her mathematical approach, backed by ongoing doctoral research on mathematical
modeling and computer systems models simulation, assists her in leading a team
of optimization professionals to achieve superior results.

are continually updated to help achieve superior results. Her research skills,
